The primary material for permanent lifting magnets is neodymium-iron-boron (NdFeB). Generally, a higher safety factor reduces the likelihood of accidents, but in stable operating conditions, users can opt for a lower safety factor to save costs.

  • Users can select a suitable safety factor based on their specific working conditions, one of our key customization strengths. We provide permanent lifting magnets with safety factors of 2x, 2.5x, 3x, and 3.5x to meet various requirements.
  • We also accept customization for surface colors, label materials, logos, and patterns such as branding designs or operational markings.
