Always inspect the swivel hoist ring to ensure it is in good condition and that the threaded hole is clean and free of debris before use. During installation, use the proper tool to screw it in securely. Finally, make sure the hoist ring base is firmly tightened to the load surface, with no gaps or loose torque.

In addition to black oxide, we also provide Dacromet coating as a standard option. Depending on your working environment, additional options such as chrome plating, galvanization, or zinc infiltration are available to enhance durability and corrosion resistance.

Hoist rings must be inspected by a professional safety officer before and after each use, and at least once a year by qualified personnel. During the inspection, check for severe corrosion, cracks, fractures, or deformation in the screw and welded components. Confirm that all moving components (such as rotation and flip mechanisms) function smoothly and look for signs of heat damage or excessive wear. In case of any doubt about the safety condition of the hoist ring, stop using it immediately and report the issue to your supervisor.

We do not recommend placing a washer between the hoist ring and the load. If it is unavoidable, please provide detailed load dimensions so our technical team can assess the load impact and recommend the safest lifting solution.
